Broken Hill is the city with the accessible outback at the back door. This is the birthplace of mining giant BHP Billiton, while at the Coopers Outback ask about the history of Broken Hill and how Cockburn and Silverton helped it come into existence.

The Coopers Outback Border Stampede is under 30min drive from Broken Hill making this remote event still comfortable for those that have lost their swag and tent.
